About IndusCore AI

Built by engineers, and by people who have run factories.

We didn’t build this from a whiteboard. We built it from the floor.

You stay in control of your data, from who sees it to what gets shared.
Our team

We've run the floor and shipped the software.

A letter from the founders

Why we exist

We started IndusCore AI after watching the same thing happen in factory after factory: the people running the floor spending their days on work no one should do by hand. Chasing status across chats. Re-keying the same numbers. Learning an order slipped only after the buyer called.

We know this problem from both sides. One of us comes from a manufacturing family that has run factories across Asia for thirty years, and spent years running operations end to end. The other has spent his career building AI that runs inside real operations. The floor that lives the problem, and the software that kept failing it.

The fix was never one more dashboard to log into, so we built the opposite. Our team comes on-site, sets it up around the way you already work, and stays until it's quietly catching what used to slip. You don't change how you run. You just stop losing the days.

What we believe is simple: a factory does not need more software to look at. It needs software that acts, and remembers. Every delay has a cause, every fix is a lesson, and kept together they become something the floor has never had. A memory.

We are early, and we are proud of where it already runs. If you run a factory and any of this sounds familiar, we would like to show you what it looks like on your own orders.

Where this goes

We measure the road ahead in factories, not features.

1
Today

Improving a factory floor in China, and a multi-factory apparel group in Bangladesh.

2
Next

The AI team grows: more workflows, more departments, factory by factory.

3
The goal

Every small and mid-size factory running its own company brain. The kind of system only giants could afford, on every floor.
